I remember back in my childhood, my sweet grandma sitting me down for a lecture on preparation for womanhood. She told me that women were only born to nurture, wed early, and have children at a young age. I felt this couldn't be my personal truth. With great respect and love towards my grandmother, I still thanked her for her words. My grandmother's words led me to dream for many years of becoming my most authentic self and so much more! I became ambitious and started to recognize my own power. I am now so proud to be a loving wife, a proud mother and an inspiration to many. But most of all, a woman.

Q: As a full time mom, how do I relieve my stress with absolute exhaustion?
A: I suggest (from my own experience) to stay hydrated, exercise, and most importantly, dedicate one hour each day to yourself. I call it "mom timeout". Your children will adapt to your time and you'll feel greatly rejuvenated.
Q: I work a twelve hour shift and never find time to meditate or keep my sanity. How can I balance my work hours with stress?
A: I would definitely use your bathroom breaks as breath relaxation escapes. Try to sneak into your car on your lunch breaks even if it means to only have five minutes to close your eyes, visualize serenity and breathe. This will make a world of difference in your hectic daily life.
Q: I've been suffering for years with chronic insomnia. I have triedWestern medicine and medical sleeping aids but nothing seems to work. Is there any alternative way to finally get some rest?
A: From my own experience of sleepless nights, the only remedies that work for me are soothing tea, prayer, and endless meditations. Make sure to meditate a minimum of 15 minutes prior to retiring to bed. It gets better and easier as your meditation practice progresses. Meditation is the greatest medication.

The Most common question that I am regularly asked is:
How long should you stretch for?
- My answer: Anywhere from 10 minutes to one hour a day! Yes that's it!
The great thing about stretching your body is that there are no specific laws and regulations. You stretch at your own pace and time. You could even stretch during work hours, bathroom breaks, going up and down the stairs, while in the bath, and even while laying down. There are so many opportunities to get flexible right now!
Call it yoga, dance, pilates, ballet, fitness, or a simple stretch, it all adds up to your fitness goal of achieving happiness and maintaining a perfect flow in your life. My favorite ways to stretch are: ballet, ballet barre and yoga.
Benefits of stretching your body:
